Busy Mid Week!

It is a really busy midweek.....Spent the day at the corporate roadshow for my hotel group which was held in GCW. Seemed lik a regular roadshow untill i met up with an old friend from school! (Hi Jiaxin!! nice meetingyou... should have taken pictures!) met up with may as well during the roadshow. Although i was pretty beat by the end of the day but i managed to meet up with Iris, Javern and Liza for an Amex event. It has seriously been a while since i Let Loose and hadso much fun! Can't wait to do it again!

To summarize had quite a good sunday! Started the day by watching a few movies.
'Forgetting Sarah Marshall' - I loved it because firstly i could actually relate to the film in a funny way and secondly... Kristen Bell!
'Hot Fuzz' - Brainless Action and comedy.. always good to destress.
Halfway through the movie 'Fight Club' but i love it already. Headed over to Marina for Kbox buffet once again with Javern, Ryan and Charlene (Everyone can sing well!!!! Impressed!!!)
Managed to cath up a little with Lil P on the way home too!

Met up with Nurun, Gwen and Javern to go to 987fm Pussycat Dolls lookalike contest held at Wisma Atria yesterday. Roxy was taking part and we were all there to support! It was interesting to see everyone of different ages taking part in the competition and of course we were not dissapointed as Roxxy got into the Top 5! Which means that she will be meeting PCD backstage at Singfest!! You go girl!!! hehehe!! Head off to St James after that to celebrate Andrews brothers birthday. Once again Happy 21st birthday dude!

BY2 Power Party

Attended the BY2 Power Party / Album launch held at St James Power house over the weekend. It was so amazing to see the talents of these two Sweet 15 yr olds! Dancing... Singing... Beatboxing... wow..... simply incredible... Met up with Old pals Joey and Esther as well to load up on the alchohol before i headed to NAFA to attend a Beethoven Piano Recital... Beethoven + Alchohol = Not a good mix... hahahaha

A Week of Music, Drinks, Movies and Toys!

Ooh dear... have een seriously neglecting my blog for quite a while. Well i have been seriously taking it slow with all the activities and photo taking lately but no matter! Here I am with a shortupdate of the week. Caught quite a few movies lately, some on the Big Screen and others being some old movies that i havent got the chance to watch in the past. Watched The Dark Knight, Red Cliff, The Condemned, Stardust, Southland Tales, Wanted & Hancock just to name a few.....oh dear...seriously becoming a movie junkie, have to remember to update my reviews on Flixster soon. Managed to Catch Douglas O performing again on thursday, he seriously rocks! Managed to play my request for 'With or Without you' as well. Have been seriously indulging in my new hobby of toy collecting lately, so if anyone out there is a collector too, be sue to contact me ya? Maybe we can trade or something. Well.. Till then!

Free flow of Martinis (Ladies please check out the Honey Lychee one) as well as others with rather interesting name as well! Great crowd as wll but i have to say that the music could be beter tho... But anyway, It was Fun!

Attended the 42 Below Cocktail World Cup held at Velvet Underground today. As usual, drinks was awesome and i even got a small 42 badge to bring back as a souvenier! Saw some old friends as well, Hi Lovynn! Hi Francesca! It was interesteing to see all the different bartenders presenting their concoctions in different styles, and I learnt one thing today. It's not about how fancy the presentation or how different it is from others. The bottom line is Slow and Steady. Be confident! and bring out the Real you!
