Great week! I have been so sleepy and tired lately that it actually took me two days before updating my sundays entry. Met up with May, Ces, Elliott and Baby for steamboat at bugis once more and as usual, the place was fantastic! Went off after steamboat to Balaclava so as to meet Cassie. Bernie (Nice to see you again girl!) was there as well. And of coz to top it all up, the band performing was shirlyn and the unexpected! woohoo... Rock on!!!

Recieved preview tickets to the movie and managed to get a date to watch with me la!!! yipeee!!!! Thanks Grets! you're the best! Hugz..... The movie was rather meaningful i guess.... teaching us to pick ourselves up when we are down... loved it. Also managed to catch pathfinder after that.. reminded me of apoklypto.. haha

Managed to take leave so that i may help out with a hosting gig at NTU... charity gig... It didn't take too long but i was glad to have been able to meet everyone. Bought a new phone after that as well as went to alex's house warming. Forgot our masks though.. Watched 'The Protege' today with baby... Excellent movie man.. Must watch!!

Suprisingly i wasn't much of a fan initially but i have to admit that on the overall. Although we did not win the match. Singapore did managed to put on a pretty tough fight. Coolness! Till then!

Shayma's Farewell Party

Had a long day at work yesterday..... especially so as i have not been feeling very well for the past week. Flu and all, Went home for a quick nap and met up with Mr Danker so that we can proceed down to china one for Shaymas farewell party. It has definately been quite a while since we saw everyone together again. So happy to be able to know this happy bunch of friends, So for those of you who were absent with apologises, Meet up soon k? you are missed! Apparently there was a fur and feathers party going on and the entire atmosphere turned out to be so fun indeed. Thanks Cassie once again for the arrangement!

Awesome la... haha but only if you like electronica music (call me Beng... i don't care) Anyway, recieved invites to the preview of the season finale of Prison Break! Although i already know the ending, i have to say that being able to catch it on the big screen was cool la. Haha... got interview by a hot chick too after that!

Splendid Start to a Weekend!

Well well, what initially felt like the usual weekend turned out to be rather spendid indeed! Went with Baby, Elliot and Sharon to watch 'Just Sebastian' at the esplanade on friday. Funny Sh*t man... haha Was supposed to go to an event located at the Aurum after thatg but we got kinda impatient and decided to settle for Atticca instead. Nice Place.
On Saturday, Caught 'Perfume - Story of a Murderer' with Baby, I personally felt it was an excellent movie and the protagonist actually connected with the auience alowing them to feel with him throughout the movie. I felt that he was more of a victim than a villian. Linked up with Elliott after that to attend the Lush 2nd Aniversary Party, Turned out to be one of the nicest parties that i have attended in a while, Music was great, Company was great and of course not to mention the drinks. Thanks Sharon for the Invite!

Managed to get tickets to the special preview screening of The last King of Scotland today with Lydia sis. It was and Awesome movie! It actually explored the idea of people being more than what they seem to be. Really glad to see it. Bumped into Elliott and his date as well as Marilyn!

A Rather Belated post this is! haha Went to Cafe Del Mars Grand opening yesterday and it was nice to see a concept that is rather different from the usual clubbing scene. Bumped into quite a number of familiar faces as well (i.e Yanie, Soo, Vernon, Tikm, Jaq, Brandon) Also bumped into my ex lecturer Mr Ram drinking himself silly! Hahaha... Nice place though! Cheers!

Had a rather busy day today, did a majority of my sales calls in Shenton way area though, the weather is ridiculously hot!! Met up with Elliott in the evening as he had passes to watch Apocalypto. Despite the fact that i don't really like Mel Gibson, but i have to admit that this movie is quite good! A bit Gory though, but worth watching. Said Hi to Joe, Petrina, Xiaozhu and Kening too... Nice people!

Went to catch a movie with Baby today. The movie was supposed to have good reviews. It was entitled 'The Painted Viel'. I rather enjoyed it actually and would like to say that it had a fantastic plot alongside a fantastic cast (Edward Norton and Naomi Watts) Sad Ending again though... haizzz... I also bought a book that i really wanted today! 'Kingdom Come' hehe No sleep tonight!

Spent the Evening with Baby at the Night Safari today. The last time i had actually went there was over 5 years ago! Much has changed since then. It was really nice to see all the animals and all despite the fact that we were happy meals with legs to all the mosquitos present!

Hosted the NYE party at the Cathay yesterday night! There was free flow of booze as usual. This year was slightly different as there was a simulcast between Cathay Cineleisure and The Cathay. Woke up slightly late today after yesterday nights partying. Proceeded with the usual routine of me and elliots recording before heading down to town to get Nurun's Bdae prezzie. Was supposed to do some laptop hunting as well but turns out that bugis didn't really have any laptops at all (except for the Sony ones.... blody Ex) Proceeded to Arab streert to meet up with Nurun and the gang for her bdae celebration after that. We had a wonderful dinner and lots of fun too! Heres a Quick Shoutout to all!

Went for the Nokia FLOW event in MOS today. There was a concurrent event for my company D&D that i had to take part in initially but i managed to rush out after way during the dinner so i will be able to meet up with the rest to go MOS. Unfortunately it was sort of a dissapointment because the event was Alchohol free and Smoke free! Lolz.... it was hosted by Paul twohill and Ms Earth Singapore 2006. Nice to be able to hang out with Dale finally!
