I have always been a fan of ron kaufman's books. I guess the reason is because i was very interested in the service industry ever since i was introduced to it in my poly days. There are quite a number of the lessons which i have alreadfy applied previously (such as making your customers feel special) however there are still quite a couple that are very useful. Anyway... today also happens to be the finals for Singapore Idol.. Taufik versus Sylvester... May the best man win!
